REPAIR RETURN PROCEDURES
We warrant our original manufactured product from any breakage or loss due to a manufacturing defect. We will repair or replace any item that we determine has a manufacturing defect. We will repair any merchandise manufactured by us, if possible, regardless of origin of damage, at normal repair rates.


STONES
We guarantee our mountings against defects in workmanship. After wearing, we reserve the right to inspect the mounting to determine if there is a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the stone at no charge.


PEARLS
Pearls are set on pin mountings with the highest quality cement available. However, prolonged contact with water will cause the cement to weaken and the pearl may come loose. Contact with cleaning solutions may cause the pearl to lose its luster. We will replace the pearl for the cost of the pearl and labor to install it.


OPALS
Opals are soft and delicate stones. They are susceptible to cracking due to temperature changes and drying. Solvents and cleansing solutions are very damaging to opals, causing them to dry out and lose its luster. After an item is worn, opals will be replaced for the cost of the opal and the installation cost.


WATCHES
Should you encounter a problem with the Stamper Black Hills Gold leaves on your watch dial, please return the watch to our factory in South Dakota. However, if you should encounter a mechanical problem, your Stamper Quartz analog timepiece carries a limited warranty from the Belair Watch comapany for one (1) year from the date of purchase, against failures due to defectie materials or workmanship. Should such a defect occur, it will be repaired free of charge (except a service fee for mailing and handling) within a reasonable period of time from the date of its receipt of Belair's factory service center.

This warranty does not cover free repair or replacement of cases, batteries, watchbands, straps, dials, crowns, or crystals within the warranty period, since such items are subject to the "wear and tear" of daily use.
 
Note: Warranty registration stub must be sent in within one (1) week or purchase. See instruction and warranty manual enclosed with each watch for more information.


REPAIR RETURNS TO STAMPER
If you need to send an item in for repair, please follow these easy steps:


1. Call our Customer Service Department at
1-800-843-8753 for a Repair number.
2. State in Writing what repair is to be done.
3. Please use Stamper's part number.
4. Make sure your store name, address,
account number, and repair number
appear on your correspondence.
5. Give us a person's name and phone number
to contact, should we have any questions.
6. Package and insure your item and return
to Stamper's via UPS or Postal Service:
