RETURNS
All items may be returned in 30 days after delivery; items must be new and must not have been worn.

The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping of items.
The purchaser will be responsible for original shipping costs.
The purchaser will be credited for the amount of the items.

You will not be responsible for shipping costs on defective items.
     The manufacturers and All Black Hills Gold Jewelry inspects all items before delivery.

WARRANTY
     The manufacturers we represent will warranty any defects as stated in the manufactures lifetime warranty cards shipped with all orders and on the manufacturers’ websites.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We will not except returns on special ordered ring sizes or other specially made jewelry.

EXCHANGES
There is no charge for exchanging ring sizes. If you are exchanging a ring for a different size you will be responsible for return freight charges only.
